Our commitment in offering these services is to reduce your turn around time on repairs and/or in plant down time, at the same time making every attempt to reduce your repair and service costs.

Our technicians have been certified by the manufacturer to perform complete refurbishment repairs.

We strive to give the best service possible and will make every effort to give each customer 7-10 day turnaround on all in-house repairs.

If the repair is going to take longer (due to backorder parts or excessive work load) our technician will contact you and make you aware of any delays.
Expedited In-House Repair Service
We do offer a faster turn around time of 3-5 days if you are in an extreme time pressed situation. There is an additional $50 rush charge for this service, and we ask that you use it only when needed. This keeps this option more relevant.

We do offer a very limited print head loaner service. This is on a first come first-serve basis and is billed at $75 per week.

Repair Warranties
All level 1 and level 2 refurbished print head come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If any additional parts were replaced (the boards or valves) they will carry a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty.

All level 3 refurbished and/or rebuild print heads will carry a 180-day labor warranty and a one-year parts only warranty.
RMA Process
In order to speed up the process of each repair we are asking that your contact us prior to sending in your repairs. We will issue you a RMA number so we can better track the progress of each repair. Please call 1-800-232-1857 and Ask for Tech Service.

We also recommend that you issue a purchase order number at this time. We will still contact you for final authorization. But this also helps to expedite the repair process.
